represent that you have read all the Privacy Policy agreed and understood.

We would like to inform you that by accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy
we may disclose your information when and where it becomes necessary and
or when we believe that it is necessary to share your details. We may disclose
your information to government authorities and third parties. We may disclose
your details and information if you have violated the Terms of Zefferus by any
mean, like (a) If you have forcefully imposed Terms and privacy policy of
Zefferus and they don’t want (b) If any illegal activity is done on Zefferus
platform via your account by you or anyone else depends on circumstances
(c) If you have misbehaved with Zefferus team or Vendors or any one related
to Zefferus like harmful activity, abusive activity, threatening, tortious, vulgar
and hateful activity, profane and dirty and pornographic activity, money
laundering and gambling etc and all other activity which is illegal by law (d) If
you have dilute the face value and image of any of the restaurant / vendor/
merchant through Zefferus platform by any mean (e) If there is a need to obey
an order for legal process or any other government legal work (f) If you have
broken and violated law, consumer rights and consumer property or of the
general public, protect our rights and reputation.
XII. Restriction on use
1. If you are below 18 years of age, then as per Indian law you are stated as
minor and you are not eligible for use and avail service of Zefferus Platform.
2. If you have misbehaved with Zefferus team or Vendors or anybody related to
Zefferus like harmful activity, abusive activity, threatening, tortious, vulgar and
hateful activity, profane and dirty and pornographic activity, money laundering
and gambling etc and all other activity which is illegal by law.
3. If you have violated the Terms and Policies offered by Zefferus.
4. If you have Implicated or accused or provoked other for illegal activity.
5. If you have violated the standard of services and alleges in any matter related
to code of health violation.
6. Aforementioned attempts.
7. If you have violated law by physical confrontations or harm minor in any way.
8. If you have impersonate other person.
9. If you have hurt the religious believe value.
10. If you have violates any third-party right, including, but not limited to, right of
privacy, trade secret, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, patent or any
proprietary rights, disclosed any confidential information etc.
11. If you have violated any law, local law, state law or regulations.
12. If you have violated by disclosing insider information for trading.
13. If you imply and declare that your content is endorsed by Zefferus.
14. If you imply and declare that your content is sponsored by Zefferus.
15. If you mislead advertisement, false misprint, false states, misrepresents.
16. If you violate by hacking the users account without permission or try to access
the users account without permission by any mean.
17. If you violate by hacking the users account without permission or try to
manipulate the content or create any issue by any mean.
18. If you have violated by threatening the unity defence, security of India or
friendly relation with foreign, public order or incitement cause or any
cognizable offence or prevent investigation or insulting any other nation.

19. Origin of content by submitting your content by false claim and name.
20. Content information in other foreign language (except English language)
other than Indian language.
21. If you have violated by publishing false or untrue with the intention in mislead
person or harass person by any mean.
22. If you have violated by destroying and disrupt the function impeded with.
23. If you have violated by destroyed and disrupt using server.
24. If you have violated by collecting customer details or store personal
information by any mean.
25. If you have violated the restrictions in any robot exclusion on the Services.
26. If you have violated by selling, lease, renting, transfer, copies, modifies of our
content and services.
You hereby assure that you will use the Zefferus services and platform for
lawful purpose only and you will not violate any regulations, laws.
You hereby agree and assure that while communicating on the Zefferus
Platform with Restaurants, with our support agents on chat support (if any) or
with the delivery partners / riders (through any medium) you will not use
derogatory language and abusive language and/or post objectionable
information that is threatening, unlawful, defamatory, or obscene. In such
case Zefferus reserves the right to block your access and usage on the
Zefferus Platform and/or suspend the chat support service, at any time with or
without notice. Any unsuitable content uploaded by you, shall be subject to
face Indian law as applicable and also may be subjected to investigation
under applicable law, further more if found that done any violation so Zefferus
had right to immediately terminate / block access of your account.
You hereby acknowledge that Zefferus has no obligation to monitor your or
any one else access to use service for violation of Terms and to review and
edit any of the content.
We here have the right to do it so for the purpose of improving and operation
of our services, to ensure the compliance
You will not post, upload any content which will degrade the Zefferus service
or and it’s face value and reputation.
XIII. Customer feedback / suggestions on Zefferus
Platform
We would like to share that in order to give best service to users we welcome
the customer feedback / suggestions / ideas and we will work close on it in
order to give positive outcome and to have better platform for users. By
acknowledge Zefferus reserves a right to make changes or delete content
which will be objectionable with or without prior notice. There are some
important points and clause to remember and agree while sharing output on
Zefferus platform like as follows:-
1. User are allowed to share their feedback and suggestions, ideas but it
should not have any secret, confidential, information of third party
2. User are allowed to share their feedback and suggestions, ideas but it
should be related to product or services used by yourself.
3. User are allowed to share their feedback and suggestions, ideas for
reference and development purpose only, there may be possibility that

some body have suggested same feedback and we will be working on it to
improve our service better, and Zefferus is not liable to pay any amount of
fee like royalty-fees etc to feedback provider and we deny on such activity.
Your feedback ideas and suggestion will improve your experience
associated with Zefferus platform.
4. Zefferus has no obligation of confidentiality with respect to such feedback,
suggestion, ideas and user can use it on unrestricted basis
5. For feedback suggestion and ideas, Zefferus will only allow for existing
product and services as well as of strategy
6. Zefferus will not allow and permit to consider any external policy which is
not included in existing policy for claiming.
The above mentioned clause, Zefferus or any of its employees (Team
Zefferus) do not accept or consider advertising campaigns, new advertising
campaign, unsolicited ideas, new or improved products or technologies, new
product names, new promotions, product enhancements, processes,
materials, marketing plans etc. We urge not to share any above mentioned
points to Zefferus and Team. The main focus for making this policy is to avoid
mis-understanding or disputes as the ideas submitted might seem similar to
existing strategy. If still you send and submit, so we would like to confirm and
agree that the content submitted by you will be Zefferus property, there will be
no obligation for Zefferus and will not be liable to keep it confidential and we
can use and redirect or redistribute the submitted content for any purpose for
Zefferus in any way without compensating.

XIV. Advertise On Zefferus Platform
On Zefferus platform there is a possibility that there might be offer,
advertisement, and or information contain advertisement or promotional
material by third party or by customer. The offer, advertisement or promotion
depends on the availability of product or by the third party and its
advertisement. It can be paid advertisement as well depend on the situation
and circumstances. This may be change or extend on Zefferus platform with
or without notice. User should take the benefit or participate of such offers,
advertisement or promotion during this period before it runs out of time or
outdated. Business dealing through Zefferus Platform which may include
delivery of related goods or services, or warranties or representing with such
dealing or offers shall be solely responsible between you and advertiser. .
Zefferus will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, omission or
error, or out of stock or sort incurred in such dealing of advertising. Such
dealings will/shall be solely between you and such advertiser.
XV. Cancellation/Refund Policy On Zefferus
Platform
We would like to urge once again kindly read all points of cancellation & refund
policy and by acknowledging the Term and Conditions we assume that you agree
with the policies of Cancellation/Refund policy. We will update it on regular basis

when and where is necessary, in subject to provide better experience to the
customers.
Refund or Reversal of money will be entitled to process in same manner as they
have been received. The time to refund/reversal is not fixed. It may take approx.
7 to 15 working days or more (depends on circumstances) in some case and also
refers to the bank policies. If there is a refund so will reflect in users account.
1. Cancellation or claim to cancel or attempt to cancel made on Zefferus
platform due to reason like if there is case of recipient is not available or non-
contactable, unresponsive, related to shipping address etc, if the recipient
ignores to receive depends on situation.
2. Cancellation will be done if there is an technical glitch or error on Zefferus
Platform like unable to confirm/cancel the acceptance of order, stock out, etc.
3. You shall not be entitled to a refund/reversal if complain regarding delivery of
wrong product ordered or delivered or wrong food/beverages or spillage or
leakage from packing, wrong food ordered, foreign objects found in the food,
food quality. For such case you will be required to share the proof. No refund /
replacement will be provided without the permission of Restaurant partner /
merchant / vendor / store.
Additional Terms and Conditions Offered On
Zefferus Platform
Restaurant Online order via Zefferus Platform:
a. While the menu and the price list you see on the Zefferus Platform are
provided by the restaurant partner at the time of publication. The menu and
the price list which is displayed had been received by the Restaurant partner.
While placing order there will be change in the final price as it will add
delivery surcharge, We will update and take at most card to make them up-
to-date in benefit of customer. If there is any issue of price displayed on the
Zefferus platform and the price charged by the Restaurant partner, there will
be possibility to be corrected except the delivery charge.

Ordering Online via Zefferus Platform:
a. While placing order on Zefferus platform by customer, Zefferus may issue
documents like invoice, order summary etc.
b. We would like to confirm that we are not a manufacturer, we are just an
intermediator between customer and Vendor / Merchant / Restaurant /
partners as applicable. Zefferus provides online ordering facility by providing
service by contractual arrangements with restaurant partners and stores. By
Zefferus platform customer can order from its favourite restaurant by
accessing menu list or product as described or information provided.
c. There might be possibility that some times on your behalf, Zefferus can order
food and beverages or product from Restaurant partner or Store page via

Zefferus Platform shall constitute irrevocable and unconditional authority.
Order placed by you will be delivered through Zefferus delivery partner or their
might be possibility that it may be delivered by Restaurant Partner or the
Store partner or associated by third-party who may be available to provide
delivery services to you.
d. While placing order via Zefferus Platform, you may be charged a delivery fee
by the delivery partner or the restaurant partner or the store for delivery. On
the Zefferus platform while placing order there will be display of delivery
charge which will be applicable for delivery. The Delivery Charges may vary
different because of various factors, it may be vary from carriage weight,
fragility of product, distance covered, order to order, place to place, time to
time, day to day, special occasion to occasion, weather condition to condition.
By acknowledging the Terms and Conditions you agree and authorized the
Zefferus to collect the delivery charges on the behalf delivery partner,
restaurant partner or the store as applicable. There may be possibility
sometimes that there may be delay on the delivery due to some unprovoked
circumstances like inability to provide order by Restaurant partners,
communication issue, communication address issue, barrier points (like
security guard / reception etc.), weather condition, natural disaster, strikes, etc
depends as per circumstances. Zefferus clearly states that the we will only
deliver the food and beverages, or we will deliver the product ordered by
customer through our Zefferus platform. We are not a logistic company.
e. As Zefferus plays a role of an intermediator between customer and Vendor /
Merchant / Restaurant / partners as applicable. Zefferus is a facilitator for
placing order by you. Zefferus shall not be liable for wrong order delivery,
package tampering of order, deficiency of service, time taken for delivery etc.
Personal / Private / Special / Gift order while placing order on Zefferus
Platform
a. On Zefferus Platform you can avail such unique features like you can place
online order to your family member, friend, your loved one, or some-one
special and surprise them even if they are not using Zefferus platform or even
if they are not a customer of Zefferus.
b. As you can avail for such a unique features on Zefferus Platform, just you
have to update the recipient details like name of receiver, contact details of
receiver, communication address of receiver with landmark, or other
information required at the time of placing order. The above details are
required for smooth function and for delivery.
c. By availing this features you acknowledge that all the details will be filled in
order to deliver the product/service to the recipients and also confirm by
acknowledging that there will be no obligation and you warrant and represent
that you have obtained for Personal/Private/Special/Gift order and there will
be no harm by any mean to Zefferus employee’s and associated with Zefferus
against any dispute or claim. By acknowledging the Terms and Condition you
hereby confirm that your (sender) information can be shared with the
recipient as and when needed in any case. There may be additional charges
applicable for such Personal/Private/Special/Gift order. By placing such order
you hereby confirm that there might be refusal or non-acceptable of such
Personal/Private/Special/Gift order by recipient and in such case there will no-

refund of order amount by any mean. In such case if possible you can
intimate the recipient at the time of delivery, there might be possibility that we
can notify you via Zefferus platform. It can be via notification or by any other
mean like message, mail, call etc. In case if the recipient is not available or
non-contactable, unresponsive so in such case delivery partner / restaurant
partner / merchant / vendor or as a Tam Zefferus may contact you for further
assistance.
b. If the Recipient wishes to raise any issue with regard to the
Personal/Private/Special/Gift Order, they can contact Team Zefferus by via
the chat support on the Zefferus Platform or they can write mail to us. (You
can contact via “Contact Us” link on the home page, whichever
communication is convenient to Recipient).
c. As a facilitator and platform, while providing the recipient details you confirm
and warrant that these details are complete with accurate while placing order,
and you agree with the Terms and Condition of Zefferus

General Terms and Conditions:
a. Zefferus will not be liable to pay any liability if incurred in any manner, if any of
the Restaurant partner / Store / vendor / merchant shuts its business
permanently or if temporary closed for any reason.
b. While placing order user should check the ingredients or the descriptions
used in the food and beverages, and should take at-most care while placing
order, some of the food and beverages may not be suitable for infant or
children, and there might be possibility that some of the foods and beverages
are suitable for certain age. Some of the ingredients used in, may be allergic
to some people or restriction to patient. Zefferus will not be liable to pay any
liability / problem incurred by any mean. It is always advisable to consult your
dietitian or family physician.
c. On Zefferus Platform, we are not a manufacturer, seller – distributor, importer
or exporter or logistic company. On behalf of customers, order(s) are placed
on via Zefferus Platform. On Zefferus Platform, Restaurant Partner(s) /
Store(s) shall be solely responsible for quality, warranty/guarantee of the food
and beverages or Product, wrong delivery of order, order mismatch, incorrect
pricing, deficient quantity, time taken to prepare or deliver the order to the
customer. On Zefferus Platform there will be a display of time while order is
confirmed, it may include after placing order till it reaches to you and this may
vary or may take time more than it is displayed. This is because of many
circumstances like there may be possibility sometimes that there may be
delay on the delivery due to some unprovoked circumstances like inability to
provide order by Restaurant partners, communication issue, communication
address issue, barrier points (like security guard / reception etc.), weather
condition, natural disaster, strikes, etc depends as per circumstances.
d. Customer shall also be liable to pay additional payment or charges and/or
applicable taxes that may be applicable to the order transaction.
e. Promo code can only be used/redeemed by you are subjected to such
bounded with Zefferus Terms and Conditions from time to time and can use
only on Zefferus Platform only. Promo code and discount or offers cannot be
transfer. More than 1 Promo code cannot be clubbed in same order.

Promocode cannot be encashed or cannot be exchanged. In some product
user can’t redeem and avail the offer. Some time or on some special occasion
there might be possibility that the redemption is not possible to redeem and
avail the benefit. There may be higher limit for redemption of coupon/discount
for per order. In some case there may be possibility that redemption of
coupon/discount will be redeemed in delivery amount only.
User can use their promo-code/ discount/ offer and redeem. In some case,
some customer may face issue to redeem except on some special
occasions/days in India. The exclusive days of India are as follows:-

name, age, mobile no, email id, address, etc. to login on Zefferus Platform,
and you permit to share when and where it becomes necessary for
communication.
XVI. Privacy Policy on Zefferus Platform
The privacy policies may change time to time as applicable to provide better
experience and friendly platform to our users, we will update time to time in
order to make better experience and friendly platform to them. We urge and
request to users to check as possible. All the privacy policies will be
applicable and bounded to all users new/old as applicable.
Zefferus, We the company respect your privacy and we are committed to
protect it. The policies applies only if the information collected by Zefferus via
its platform, text via mail and/or any other communication mean send through
or in connection with the services. We as Zefferus, protect through
compliance and its privacy policies described as (a) the type of information
Zefferus may collect with you while you access to use our platform like mobile
application, website or any other platform which is owned, governed and

policies (Zefferus) and will be applicable to you while using Zefferus platform
from as you start using our services and also you hear by acknowledge and
consent the same and bounded with it. We as Zefferus may store with
protection your personal data in data-centre server and/or may have
contractual relationship (if any) with third party server. By using or accessing
the platform/services you agree the Zefferus privacy policies and agrees to
collect, protect, disclose, use, re-tent your personal data/information as
published here. If in case user don’t agree with the described privacy policies
and the information required or collected so they can discontinue or they can
stop using services or we as Zefferus may face difficulty or won’t be able to
provide you services.
Permissible age to use our platform
User can use our platform if they are above or at least 18 years of age, user
below age of 18 are considered as minor age and they won’t be allowed to
use our platform. We as Zefferus would like to clarify that if you believe that
you might have any information of users who are below 18 years or as a
minor age so please contact us and write us mail regarding same on
info.zefferus@gmail.com We as Zefferus reserves the right to delete such
account of that user and will also delete all related information like published
post, comment etc.

a Zefferus reserves the right to update our policies time to time or when
needed. We urge the users and it becomes very important for users to check

We, Zefferus collect various information from users through our flatform like
mobile application, website or other platform which is owned and governed by
Zefferus. While using Zefferus platform users have to register themselves by

filing some of the personal information which will be reflected on screen.
Without registration and filing their personal details users cannot use the
service.

associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific
person whether from the data or from the data or other data which we have or

also there is a possibility that you can send a request your near and
dear or friend to join Zefferus and avail the benefit of service. The
message you have exchanged via our platform will be stored and may
have backup and will be exposed while needed and this may be
because of investigation while having violation of terms or wrong
information or mis concept shared in order to defame the reputation by
any mean. If you have shared and requested someone to join our
platform so in such case contact information of the referrer will be
considered.

Zefferus platform.

facility available at their end. It may be possible that we may also obtain
information from third party which may include marketers and researchers,

phone number to contact and address to deliver their might be possibility
that restaurant person may contact you or may text you and share the
order status to you. There might be possibility that we may share some of
the additional information of your with restaurant like it may include your
preferences, order history etc which we collect from third party. There
might be possibility that the restaurant owner may save your details for
next transaction and we do not have control over it. We urge you to
contact restaurant directly if any such case overcomes in future.
Information of your payment or card details
In order to make payment while using Zefferus platform, customer have to
fill and submit the details of their card or other payment mode, except on
cash on delivery. For using card for payment customer have to provide
their card details like number, expiry details. Customer have to use debit
card or credit card in order to make payment or can use UPI (unified
payment interface) payment mode. By submitting details for payment of
your credit and debit card or UPI, you consent of sharing of your
information with restaurant, third party payment processors. You also
consent to third party service providers which may include who provide
fraud detection service to us and other third parties.
Security how we protect your information
We as Zefferus or any of the associated employee will not ask for your
user id and password, will also not ask for any security information or OTP
of your Zefferus account related. We will take necessary steps to make
your data is safe and will protect it. We will take necessary steps and

implement them to safeguard your information which you have shared with
us. We can use electronic physical or other resources in order to safe your
information and will refrain the use of unauthorized access. We assume
that you will keep all the information safe related to Zefferus account and
we assume that there will be no liability and not responsible for any

XVII. Food Hygiene And Ratings on Zefferus
Platform.
The Rating(s) that are displayed on the Zefferus Platform are rating given
by other users/customer, Customer agrees that the rating displayed on the
Zefferus Platform is just for reference purpose and information purpose
only. Rating does not indicates the hygiene standard of the restaurant and
the food made over there. It becomes important for restaurant partner /
shop to maintain the food quality standard. If any actions taken by
Customer relying depend upon the Hygiene and Rating(s) or any
information displayed on the Zefferus Platform shall be strictly at such

Customer's own risk and Zefferus shall not responsible in any manner held
any liable for any losses or damages that have raised in connection with
the use of such information of any invalidity, inaccuracy, discrepancy in the
Hygiene and Rating(s). If you find that the displayed rating, certificate,
permit/licenses and information are invalid, manipulated and accurate so
please reach to us via “Contact us” link on the home page. We assure that
appropriate action will be taken in such case and if applicable Restaurant
partner/Merchant will be liable to face local laws and or national laws and
or international laws or regulated bodies as applicable.

XVIII. Prepaid Balance/E-Wallet For Customer and
Top-up on Zefferus Platform
E-Wallet is a very good initiative for Zefferus customers/users in order to
avail such service customer have to recharge with amount and the amount
will reflect same in their amount. In order to avail the service customer
have to register and have to fill some details and documents as required at
the time of request, this may include Pan-card, Aadhar card, Address
proof, etc. Zefferus may use these details in accordance with the Privacy
Policy. The pre-paid balance/e-wallet can be used while placing the order
via using Zefferus Platform. In additional no extra amount like interest on
the recharge amount will be applicable by any mean. Customer/User can
discontinue and cancel the request at any time by reaching to us via
“Contact us” link on the home page. The recharged amount will be
transferred and reversal entitled to process in same manner as they have
been received. For E-wallet and Recharge there may be extra terms and
condition applicable will update as possible and Zefferus may amend or
change or update these Terms from time to time in order to make the
services better for the users and platform, it becomes the important for
users check the terms and conditions time to time as possible.
Furthermore Zefferus reserve the right to terminate / suspend the
customer’s account if found that customer have violated and or involved in
fraudulent activity and or the rules of the program. By acknowledging the
term and condition by users you give rights to Zefferus to terminate /
suspend the customer’s account and or all the credit earned and or points
earned and or wallet pre balance will be lapsed.

XIX. Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and
warranties disclaimer on Zefferus Platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW APPLICABLE, IN NO
SUCH EVENT SHALL THE ZEFFERUS AND ITS ASSOCIATED
PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING ARE
AS FOLLOWS (a) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF
OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION

STORED, ANY LOSS OF YOUR DATA OR CONTENT FROM THE
SERVICES, AND/OR (b) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR
THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE
SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (c) PERSONAL
PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY OF ANY NATURE
WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF
THE SERVICES INCLUDING MOBILE APP, AND/OR (d)
INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, MISTAKES OR ERROR IN CONTENT
AND/OR (e) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR
FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A
RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED,
OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER
BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL
THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE ZEFFERUS PARTIES ARE
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND/OR (f) THE
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THESE TERMS OR
OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND/OR (g) ANY INTERRUPTION OR
CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVERS,
AND/OR (h) DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU
(I) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS AND DAMAGE AS A
RESULT OF RELICANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE
COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY AND EXISTANCE OF ANY
ADVERTISEMENT, OR AS A RESILT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR
TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY ADVERTISER OR
SPONSOR WHOSE ADVERTISING APPEARS ON THE SERVICES
AND OR DELAY OR PERFORMANCE FAILURE RESULTING FROM
CAUSES BEYOND ZEFFERUS REASONABLE CONTROL
IN SUCH EVENT NO ZEFFERUS PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU
DIRECT AND INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER CAUSED AND HOWEVER CAUSED UNDER THE
THEORY OF LIBILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS
OF PROFIT (WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY), ANY
LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS REPUTATION, ANY LOSS OF
DATA SUFFERED, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE
GOODS OR SERVICES, OR OTHER ANY OF THE INTANGIBLE LOSS.

INCURRED REASONABLY ARISING A RESULT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH AS (a) YOUR USE OR ACSESS OF SERVICE
AND BREACH OF TERMS AND VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF
ANOTHER PARTY (b) YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION (c) YOUR
UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTISED OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR
PRODUCT

WE KEEP THE RIGHT TO SETTLE AND COMPROMISE AND PAY
(WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR CONSENT) BROUGHT AGAINST US. WE
RESERVE THE RIGHTS, AT ALL THE EXPENSE INCURRED, TO
ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY
MATTER WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO INDEMNIFY US AND YOU

YOU AGREE TO SETTLE IN ANY MATTER FOR WHICH WE ARE

YOU ‘AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE’ THAT THE SERVICES
PROVIDED TO YOU IS "AS AVAILABLE" AND "AS IS" AND THAT
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR/OWNER
OWNING ACCOUNT OR TO THE USERS SOLE RISK.
AND FURTHER PERMITTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT BY
APPLICABLE LAW, ZEFFERUS, ZEFFERUS DIRECTORS,
RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES,
AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS ("ZEFFERUS PARTIES"), ZEFFERUS
AFFILIATES DISCLAIM EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ALL WARRANTIES, IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES INCLUDING ZEFFERUS
PLATFORM LIKE MOBILE APPS AND ITS USE.
THE ZEFFERUS PARTIES GIVES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE
SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED WITH CARE, DUE SKILL, ACCURACY
OR COMPLETENESS.
ZEFFERUS GIVES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ACCURACY OR
COMPLETENESS IF THERE ARE LIKE INJURY OF PERSONAL OR
DAMAGE OF PROPERTY, NATURAL CALAMITIES, ROAD TRAFFIC,
ERROR OR MISTAKE PARCEL RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF
DELIVERY, IF RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR NON
CONTACTABLE, UNRESPONSIVE, RELATED TO SHIPPING
ADDRESS, RECEIPENT IGNORES TO RECEIVE ORDER, ANY
INTERRUPTION, WRONG ORDER PLACED, BY MISTAKE ORDER
PLACED, IF PARCEL GIVEN TO NEXT DOOR OR ANY OTHER THIRD
PERSON AS DIRECTED, IF PARCEL GIVEN TO NEXT DOOR OR ANY
OTHER THIRD PERSON AS DIRECTED AND PROPERTY DAMAGE
INCURRED, IF PARCEL GIVEN TO NEXT DOOR OR ANY OTHER

ZEFFERUS GIVES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY HACK FOR SERVER
BY HACKERS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE SURVER BY
HACKERS, ANY VIRUSES, ANY BUGS, ANY ERROR, ANY

INTERRUPTION, ANY TRAMISSION ACTION BY THE THIRD PARTY,
AND LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGE OF DATA CONTENT POSTED
TRANSMITTED, OR DATA CONTENT WITH ALL THE PERSONAL
INFORMATION STORED, OR DATA MADE AVAILABLE VIA ZEFFERUS
PLATFORM.
ZEFFERUS GIVES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY MATERIAL
DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE ZEFFERUS
PLATFORM IS AT YOUR RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY
RESPONSIBLE AND ZEFFERUS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF
YOUR LIABILITY INCURRED FOR YOUR DEVICE OR SYSTEM ETC.
ZEFFERUS GIVES NO RESPONSIBILITY IN ANY WAY FOR ANY
TRANSACTION MONITORING BETWEEN USERS/CUSTOMER AND
THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF THEIR PRODUCTS OR THAIR
SERVICES. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF YOUR
COMMUNICATIONS/INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER
USER/CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR SERVICES AND WITH OTHER

SERVICE MARK IN ANY WAY THAT IS LIKELY OR MAY OR
INTENDED TO CAUSE CONFUSION ABOUT AUTHORIZED USERS
OR OWNER OF SUCH NAME,LOGO ETC.
XX. Termination of your access to the services on
Zefferus Platform
We may terminate your use of the Services and deny you access to the
Services in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, including your:
(i) violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (ii) lack of use of the
Services. By acknowledge you agree that if any termination of your access
to the Services which may be affected with or without prior notice, and you
acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete
your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to
your account or the Services. If you use the Services in violation of these
Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, retain all data collected from your
use of the Services. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or
any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the

provisions may be result in termination of use of your use and access of
